Shanghai Electric Power has insisted on the principle of “putting safety priority, putting prevention first and conducting comprehensive governance”, strengthened the construction of safety management system; and concretely launched activities of inspection on production safety, troubleshooting and governance of hidden dangers and rating of the standardization of production safety. In 2013, Shanghai Electric Power will follow the overall thinking of HSE system construction; initiatively establish ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 safety and health management system; consolidate the basis of operation and enhance the specification of operation codes.
