SEP, Huaxi Group Join Hands to Boost Green Development

In order to implement China's targets of peaking carbon emissions before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060, and accelerate green and low-carbon transformation development, SEP and Huaxi Group successfully joined hands and held a signing ceremony in Huaxi Village, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province on September 30, 2021. SEP Energy Technology, a subsidiary of SEP, signed a contract with Huaxi New Energy on the merger and acquisition of 14 PV power plants with a total installed capacity of 330 MW approximately, and SEP Renewable Energy Management Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huaxi Offshore Engineering.

Zhao Qiang, Standing Committee Member of Jiangyin Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Jiangyin, Chen Feng, Party Secretary of Huashi Town, Jiangyin, Hu Guangyuan, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Huashi Town, Jiangyin, Wu Xie'en, Party Secretary of Huaxi Xinshi Village and Chairman of Huaxi Group, Wei Juliang, SEP President and Deputy Party Secretary, and Li Feng, Deputy President of SEP, attended the signing ceremony.
 


 
Jiangyin Municipal Government and Huaxi Group highly appreciated SEP for its support and help, and said that they will take the signing as a new start to further expand the scope of cooperation, strengthen the content of cooperation and enhance the value of cooperation in the development of new energy industry.

While expressing gratitude, SEP reaffirmed its full confidence in the future cooperation and development, saying that they will fully leverage their respective advantages, jointly conduct strategic deployment, development and cooperation targeting the new energy industry, build an all-round strategic partnership, and create a better future for both sides through complementarity and win-win.

With the successful conclusion of the agreement, SEP has not only taken a big step forward and upgraded to a new level in implementing the development strategy of Yangtze River Delta and Yangtze River Economic Belt, vigorously developing new energy and increasing the proportion of clean energy, but also further accumulated experience, trained the team, expanded the "circle of friends", and laid a more solid foundation for speeding up green and low-carbon transformation and development.
