On July 22, 2021, SEP Party Secretary and Chairman Hu Jiandong met with Guo Xiaobo, a leading partner of Deloitte China's energy, resources and industry sector. SEP Party Committee Member and Deputy President Xia Meixing was also present at the meeting.

 

Hu welcomed the visit of Guo and his delegation, introduced SEP's development and planning for clean energy, and hoped that the two sides could explore cooperation and innovation in the context of "peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality" and energy transformation, especially leverage their respective advantages in the resources and experience in global development, and expand and capture the opportunities in the domestic and overseas energy markets to achieve common development.

Guo expressed thanks for SEP's hospitality, and shared Deloitte's research results on the "Business and Management Model Transformation under Dual Carbon Strategy", "Energy Transformation and Hydrogen Energy Outlook", etc. He said that SEP is one of the most important strategic clients of Deloitte China and hoped to establish broader and deeper cooperation with the company to assist in its  transformation and upgrading.

The related leaders of SEP Strategy and Management Improvement Department, Planning and Finance Department, Capital Markets and Investor Relations Department and International Business Department participated in the meeting.
