On March 29, 2018, SEP President Wang Huaiming, on behalf of SEP, signed a cooperation framework agreement on power plant service with SPIC Jiangsu Company. SPIC Jiangsu Company Managing Director and Party Secretary Wei Juliang, CFO Wang Sandu, Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary Lu Mingjie, Chief Economist Yin Fei, and SEP Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary Li E attended the signing ceremony.

Both sides expressed that they will further consolidate the cooperation relationship, strengthen the business development capability of the listed company, give full play to the advantages in market, business and service of both companies, jointly expand power plant service market, and create a new situation of interactive cooperation, complementary advantages, mutual benefit, win-win and joint development.
