Company Holds 2026 Mid-Year Work Conference

2026-08-06

On August 5, the Company held its 2026 mid-year work conference.

The meeting outlined key priorities for the second half of the year:

First, reinforce commitment to reform. A shared understanding across the Company and decisive action are critical to the success of reform initiatives. All employees are expected to proactively address challenges, take ownership of their responsibilities, and ensure that reform measures are effectively implemented.

Second, innovation and a proactive mindset are emphasized. The company’s internationalization reform is a new and irreversible path that demands courage, creativity, and a strong sense of accountability. We must be willing to experiment, embrace fresh thinking, and drive change across governance structures, operational capabilities, and talent development. While taking a pragmatic, step-by-step approach, we should introduce new practices before phasing out old ones, and encourage innovation in every area that supports our long-term transformation.

Third, create a supportive environment for change. The ultimate goal of reform is to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and benefit all employees. The Company will clearly explain the reasons for reforms, support employees driving change, and maintain discipline to keep the process stable and focused.
