Company Holds the Second Safety Committee (Enlarged) Meeting for 2026

On April 9, the Company convened its second Safety Committee (enlarged) meeting for 2026. Huang Chen, Chairman of the Company and Director of the Safety Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Pan Longxing, General Manager and Executive Deputy Director of the Safety Committee, addressed the meeting. Members of the Company's leadership team were present.
The meeting noted that the Company's development efforts have been progressing rapidly this year, with large-scale projects—including four 1,000 MW units, offshore photovoltaic projects, and new energy initiatives—being intensively constructed. With a constant sense of responsibility, the Company must genuinely prioritize and take concrete actions to ensure safety, and reinforce safety awareness and commitment through clear understanding and self-discipline.
The meeting emphasized that the quality of development ultimately depends on the foundation of safety, and the goals of development must be built upon a bedrock of safety. The Company must persistently advance the implementation of the Special Plan for Comprehensively Consolidating the Safety Foundation, strengthen integrated contractor management, leverage the SPIC Smart Safety Platform, and enhance the effectiveness of safety training and assessment examinations, so as to firmly uphold the bottom line of safety and environmental protection.
