Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) released the assessment results of information disclosure evaluation  for the 2024-2025 period. Shanghai Electric Power was awarded Grade A, the highest rating, which marks the fourth consecutive year that the company has received this rating .

According to the SSE’s assessment results, approximately 19% of the listed companies on the SSE Main Board received Grade A in this assessment . Securing Grade A for four consecutive years under the stringent evaluation framework  fully reflects the regulatory authority’s full  recognition of the Company’s performance in information disclosure, corporate governance, investor relations management and other key areas.

The Company will continue to elevate the quality and standard of information disclosure, effectively strengthen standardized operation, conduct investor communication and exchanges through diverse channels and approaches, continuously promote market recognition and value realization, and further drive the sustainable and healthy development of the Company.
