On November 18, the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO) held the 2025 Listed Companies Sustainable Development Conference in Beijing. Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd. was selected for 2025 Listed Companies "Best Practice Cases of the Board of Directors" and "Best Practice Cases for Sustainable Development" of the CAPCO .

The solicitation and selection activities for the 2025 Listed Companies "Best Practice Cases of the Board of Directors" and "Best Practice Cases for Sustainable Development" both launched in July this year. A total of 85 companies listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) received both of these two prestigious awards.

Shanghai Electric Power’s simultaneous selection for these two awards  marks the regulatory authorities’high recognition of the Company’s standardized operation of the board of directors, digital transformation, high-quality information disclosure, and outstanding ESG practices.
