On September 12, Huang Chen, managing director of SEP and Acting Chairman of the Board, led a delegation to Caojing No. 2 Power Plant to conduct a special safety inspection as part of the “Thunder Action” campaign.

Following a briefing on the overall progress of the Phase II project, Huang and his team proceeded to the construction site, visiting key areas including the main plant building, boiler unit, and electrostatic precipitator. During the inspection, he closely reviewed the status of project construction and carried out a detailed examination of critical aspects such as the adequacy of on-site safety protection facilities, the operational condition of machinery and equipment, and compliance with safety protocols by construction personnel.

Upon conclusion of the inspection, Huang Chen affirmed the progress achieved and the effective implementation of safety management measures in the Caojing Phase II project. He stressed the need to consolidate these achievements through higher standards and practical measures, ensuring the project progresses safely and in an orderly way.
