On April 27, SEP held its 2025 Legal Affairs Work Conference to thoroughly implement the directives of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on building law-based central SOEs, as well as the decisions of the Group’s Legal Affairs Work Conference. The meeting aimed to further advance the company’s legal governance and provide strong legal support for the full implementation of the “Balanced Growth Strategy” and the Company’s goals of “quality comprehensively improved, development thoroughly accelerated, risk effectively controlled.”

Lin Hua, Chairman of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Huang Chen, the General Manager of the company, presided over the meeting and conveyed the guiding principles of the Group’s 2025 Legal Affairs Work Conference.
