The Company Convenes the Third Meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors

On May 12, the company successfully convened the third meeting of the ninth Board of Directors in a combination of online and offline conferencing. The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Directors, with members of the Supervisory Board, senior management, relevant department heads and the attending lawyer.
The meeting, held by the company’s chairman Lin Hua, reviewed and approved the following proposals: The Proposal on the Investment Decision by SEP for the 266MW Domokos PV Project in Greece; The Proposal on the Implementation Plan for the Equity Transfer of Shanghai Minghua Electric Power Science & Technology Co., Ltd.; Proposal on the Repurchase by SEP of Equity Interests in SEP Xinda through Debt-to-Equity Swap and Held by BOCGI; The Proposal on the Company’s 2025 Annual Plan for Financial Derivative Business, etc.
