On January 20, SEP’s Chairman Lin Hua visited Shen Buwan, the retired senior cadre , Xie Guangqing, an employee from Xinjiang Company on long-term assignment outside Shanghai, and employees facing difficulties at Wujing Power Plant.
Lin Hua inquired about Shen’s health and well-being, expressing his gratitude for the strong foundation the senior cadres have laid for SEP. He urged all departments and units to continue upholding the “spirit of the senior cadres,” ensuring they are consistently cared for and feel the company's warmth and attention.
Lin Hua expressed his full recognition and sincere gratitude for the long-term commitment and hard work of the employees stationed outside Shanghai, acknowledging their significant contributions. He asked about any challenges they may have faced in both work and life, stressing the need to maintain a meticulous, detail-oriented approach and ensure the safe, orderly progress of all tasks, ultimately contributing further to the company’s new energy development.
Additionally, Lin Hua took time to understand the health and personal difficulties of employees in need, encouraging them to prioritize their well-being and stay positive. He urged them to promptly report any challenges to the organization, while emphasizing that relevant departments should continuously monitor the employees’ conditions and provide timely assistance to resolve any issues.
During the Spring Festival, Huang Chen, General Manager of SEP, visited Zhou Yao from the Malta Company, Pei Qiuming, a long-term overseas employee of the Turkiye office, and Chen Liang, a representative of outstanding staff from Caojing No.2 Power Plant. He expressed his sincere gratitude and holiday greetings to the employees stationed overseas, those working on the front lines of engineering construction, and their families for their silent support. He urged all units to continue ensuring safety during the holiday period and to prepare thoroughly for the resumption of work and production after the break.
Huang Chen emphasized that in the coming year, the company must further unite the employees, consistently apply the 13 established safety management tools, and steadily promote economic power generation, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement. He also stressed the need to accelerate the clean energy transition, international expansion, and the high-quality implementation of key reform tasks. With a pragmatic approach, he urged the company to seize opportunities, work diligently, and ensure the successful completion of its annual goals.
