On January 14, SEP convened its 2025 Development Work Conference, gathering leaders from the headquarters’ relevant departments and provincial subsidiaries to discuss the company’s development strategies, share collective insights, and consolidate efforts for future growth. SEP Chairman Lin Hua attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech, while the meeting was chaired by SEP Vice General Manager Pan Longxing.
Lin Hua emphasized the firm commitment to pursuing a green, low-carbon development path. He called for unwavering dedication to the tasks in the new year and underscoring the importance of thoroughly understanding the new environment, policies, and requirements. He also highlighted the need to maintain the spirit of hard work and consistently uphold the central government’s Eight-point Regulations.
During the conference, the Strategic Development Department presented a review of development progress in 2024 and outlined the 2025 strategic development plan. They also introduced the latest policies and regulations from SPIC and outlined key initiatives for 2025 in the new energy sector. The New Energy and New Industries Department presented requirements for the construction of new energy projects and safety production. The Audit Department shared findings from joint audits of provincial new energy companies, highlighting common issues. Three working groups reported on project review progress in 2024 and outlined requirements for future project development. Regional subsidiaries also provided updates on their 2024 development work and plans for 2025, while various departments at the headquarters engaged in exchange and discussion.
Leaders from all departments and subsidiaries expressed their strong commitment to implementing the conference’s directives. They pledged to focus on practical actions, strive for excellence, and work diligently in 2025 to ensure the successful completion of the annual goals and tasks.
