On October 18, SEPHK’s wholly-owned subsidiary, SHENERGY ROMANIA CO. S.R.L., successfully completed the equity transfer for the Romania Prime 129 MW Photovoltaic Project with Defic Globe Enerji A. Ş. in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. This milestone marks another successful deployment of the company’s renewable energy projects in an EU country and is crucial for promoting the high-quality and large-scale development of SEP’s overseas renewable energy initiatives.

The Prime project is located in the southwest of Romania, with a total installed capacity of 129 MW, and the construction is expected to begin in 2024.The successful delivery of the Prime project marks a significant advancement for SEP in the development of clean energy in the Central and Eastern European region.
