On June 7, Lin Hua, chairman of the company, led a team to Shanghai Experimental Gas Turbine Power Station Company for on-site research.

Lin Hua and his party went into the site and carefully inspected the construction of the guaranteed unit, pointing out the hidden safety dangers and existing weak links. After listening to the special report of Shanghai Experimental Gas Turbine Power Station Company, Lin Hua pointed out that the construction of the guaranteed unit is an honorable and arduous task handed over to Shanghai Electric Power by the Group, and the relevant departments of the company should join hands with the management team of Shanghai Experimental Gas Turbine Power Station Company to implement the project with great efforts and make sure to hand over a satisfactory answer sheet.

Lin Hua listed requirements as follows.

Firstly, we must adhere to strict system, neutral attitude and serious management and avoid the violation of rules regarding command and order, operation procedures and workplace conducts and pay close attention to the change of security mindset. The participating units should resolutely improve the safety awareness and arrange the attribution of the responsibility of all parties to promote the management on track and to ensure safety.

Secondly, we must start from the regulations, rules and standards, and strengthen the safety management of engineering construction. We must fully implement the requirements of Shanghai Electric Power's safety management system, revise and improve the safety management system. After incorporating Shanghai Electric Power's proven safety management requirements into it, we need to release the safety management system timely, strictly enforce it, and vertically penetrate it into each participating unit. Besides, we should strengthen the safety training continuously, attaching great importance to the safety management of holidays and the construction of team spirit, and comprehensively enhancing the level of on-site management.

Thirdly, we will speed up the optimization of the organizational structure and improve the management and control mode in time. We should rationalize the corporate governance relationship, build an efficient and pragmatic management structure, fill in the field personnel, and fully dock the company's latest control requirements, so as to ensure that the unit will be put into operation on schedule.
